We are hosting a local Servas get-together. Vegetarian dishes only please! We looking forward to meeting local SF Bay Area Servas members and prospective members so bring a guest! This will be an outdoors event in our driveway and backyard. Seating is limited; feel free to bring your own chair.

PROGRAM VENUE FUN

Venue: Our conference is being held in Pioneer Hall at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus. Visit the VENUE page for details.

Program Summary: We have a great program of speakers, workshops, how-to sessions, live entertainment, peace award presentations, and more. The general theme of the conference will be to recognize and learn from the Minneapolis citizens who worked so hard to preserve our Democratic values in the face of ICE assaults. There will be plenty of time for getting to know one another and share stories, including an easy hike along the East River Park trail to Bridal Veil falls, and an optional Paddle Boat ride on the mississippi.

Accommodations: We have reserved dorm rooms in Pioneer hall for attendees, There are options for number of nights and single/double rooms.

Local Hosting: There are a few Servas members near the venue, and the ones that are nearby have reserved hosting for international attendees.

Meals: Six meals plus refreshments are included with registration beginning with dinner Friday and ending with a box lunch on Sunday. Vegan options will be included with each meal.

Registration: Full conference (Sat. & Sunday) is $95. One-day registration (either da) is $65. Lodging is $15 per night for double occupance, and $25 per night for single occupancy. Registration closes on Sunday, July 26 at 12:00 AM EDT.

Refund Policy: Reservations can be refunded LESS a $50 cancellation fee until September 15.  We are unable to issue refunds AFTER Sept 15.
