Putting the Serve Back in Servas

Full conference registration includes 6 vegetarian meals, 2 nights lodging plus all conference activities, such as speakers and workshops.

The conference program includes Keynote Speaker, Rita Golden Gelman, author of Tales of a Female Nomad, Living at Large in the World. Other program highlights — Using MeetUps to promote Servas; Using Technology in Travel; US Servas at the United Nations; Revisting Bob Luitweiler’s Vision for Servas. More details on workshops and presentations will be posted as they are confirmed.

There will be a shuttle available to pick up and drop off participants at the nearest light rail station. The Hillsboro MAX light rail station goes to the airport, bus and train stations. Cost is $2.50.

The conference begins with dinner on Friday, September 30 and ends with lunch on Sunday October 2. Check in on Friday begins at 3 pm. Check out is 2 pm on Sunday. Sign up soon, as conference accommodations are limited.
