Three-day attendees will have access to the grounds from Friday 10/29 (3-5 PM registration) through Sunday 10/31 at 5 PM. Registration for all three days includes on-site housing for two nights and 6 on-site all-you-can-eat meals. (One day participants may check-in Saturday from 6-8:45 AM.) Each room can accommodate up to 4 people (in 2 bunkbeds). Unless otherwise requested, we will plan to book two people per room whenever possible (but this will ultimately depend on the number of people seeking on-site housing). No bed linens will be provided unless you choose to purchase a sleeping bag as part of your registration. Tent camping is also available, at no additional charge, for those who wish to bring camping equipment. Bring a refillable bottle: free filtered water is available on-site. Be prepared in case of cold weather or rain. All participants will be expected to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. No water balloons, pets (except those aiding the visually impaired), firearms, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, flammable liquids, power tools or poisonous substances allowed on-site.

If you would prefer to stay off-site, we recommend booking a local Airbnb or VRBO for an additional fee.

After September 1st, prices will go up by $10 per person for the one-day registration and $25 per person for the three-day registration.

Virtual options will be announced soon.

Optional Canoeing on Sunday
Optional Canoeing on Sunday 10/31 from 1-5 PM for $20/person. Life vests are available for adults and children 5 and up. Children should be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 not allowed due to liability. Note: This event is rain or shine unless there are unsafe weather conditions. If we do not have at least 12 participants canoeing, we will have to cancel this part of the program and we will reimburse you. How many adults and children would you like to pay for? If none, write N/A.
Optional Team-Building on Sunday
Optional Team-Building on Sunday 10/31 from 9 AM - 12 PM for $15/person. Activity recommended for ages 8 and up, adults welcome. Team-building is peace-building because we are learning to work together with people of different ages, backgrounds etc toward a common goal. This is a low ropes series of challenges built into the woods that the group works to solve/complete. None of these activities require safety harnesses or climbing up in the trees and participants will only be off the ground about a foot or two. Over the course of the program we try to involve challenges and activities that help the group touch on topics such as goal-setting, problem solving, communication, making effective group decisions, trusting others, and more depending on the group and timeframe. Note: This event is rain or shine unless there are unsafe weather conditions. If we do not have at least 12 participants canoeing, we will have to cancel this part of the program and we will reimburse you. How many adults and children would you like to pay for? If none, write N/A.
