Please join us for the US Servas virtual Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 14th, at 10am Pacific (11 MT, 12 CT, 1pm ET). We had a great turn out last year and hope even more members will join us this year.

We realized some people May miss the annual meeting because of the "No Kings" rallies in their towns. If you are unable to join the meeting but would like to send input to the board beforehand, please email ideas and suggestions to me at Tim.Sullivan@usservas.org.

You should have already received a personal invitation via email from Tim Sullivan, US Servas Board Chair. There is a lot going on this year with Servas and the annual meeting is a great opportunity to hear Branch updates and to get your questions answered.

In addition to being informative and a good way to interact with other members, the annual meetings also offer you the opportunity to make meaningful changes to how US Servas operates: its direction and focus, and even specific actions you think it should take. If you would like to do so, you can propose specific by-law changes, and/or offer motions for other actions you wish the board to take. Do this from the comfort of your home – no transportation or parking worries.

Is anyone else trying to register getting a window that says "access denied"?? katherine PS. I sent a message through Contact Us to find out why I can't register as my membership is current.

    Thank you for reporting the issue with the link. The technical issue has been resolved. Log in to usservas.org and then click on the link. You should be directed to how to register.

I just clicked the Registration link and I am already registered - but I am concerned that we're asking folks to register a full 4 days before the meeting. Are you just trying to get folks to stop procrastinating?

Please update the website after the deadline has passed to allow folks to request the Zoom link up to an hour before the meeting.

Sorry I cannot attend board meeting because I will be at a No Kings March in Tempe, AZ. Will this meeting be recorded to watch later?
