2023 Conference Lodging
Frost Valley YMCA Camp - Claryville, NY
Frost Valley YMCA Camp is nestled on 5,000 acres of forestland in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. See TRANSIT menu for transit options and directions for getting to the camp. This region is part of original ancestral lands of the Munsee speaking Lunaape and Mohican nations. It is only 2-½ hours from both NYC and the Finger Lakes wine country. See REGION menu, to plan a vacation around the conference. The camp includes a lake, waterfalls, streams, and hiking trails. The YMCA shares many of the values of many Servas members including peace, oneness of humanity, care for our planet, LGTBQ rights, gender equality, etc.
There is no cell coverage anywhere at the camp, but there is good, free wifi in the meeting hall and dining hall. There are also several emergency telephones at strategic locations on campus. Parking is free.
NOTE: All visitors and attendees must present photo ID at the welcome center to enter campus. Here you will receive your welcome packets and lodging assignments.

Two miles from the camp is a rustic, 4-site private campground Burr Oaks Forest - Hip Camp. There are two NY State campgrounds in the area. The closest one (35 min.) is Mongaup Pond, with large wooded sites, many on the lake. It has some sites with full hookups. The second one is Woodland Valley (40 min.), with wooded sites in a secluded valley. Nearby private campgrounds with hookups include Neversink River, and Willowemoc. Both of these have full hookups. The accompanying photos are of Mongaup Pond, and Woodland Valley.
