Frost Valley YMCA Camp - Claryville, NY
Frost Valley YMCA Camp is nestled on 5,000 acres of forestland in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. See TRANSIT menu for transit options and directions for getting to the camp. This region is part of original ancestral lands of the Munsee speaking Lunaape and Mohican nations. It is only 2-½ hours from both NYC and the Finger Lakes wine country. The camp includes a lake, waterfalls, streams, and hiking trails. The YMCA shares many of the values of many Servas members including peace, oneness of humanity, care for our planet, LGTBQ rights, gender equality, etc.
There is no cell coverage anywhere at the camp, but there is good, free wifi in the meeting hall and dining hall. There are also several emergency telephones at strategic locations on campus. Parking is free. All visitors and attendees must present photo ID at the welcome center to enter campus. Here you will receive your welcome packets and lodging assignments.

Meeting Space - Geyer Hall
Geyer Hall is one of four meeting halls on campus. Each room has screens and projectors, or we can provide them upon request. It has a large meeting hall that seats 120-150 people, one large breakout room that seats 45, two breakout rooms that seat 20-35, and a small room that seats. It also has a kitchen and serving window for refreshments and the Friday evening dinner.
Thompson Dining Hall
The main dining hall is a gorgeous open space that seats hundreds of people. A section can be partitioned off for our attendees. All meals are served family style with a main entree and side dishes. There is always a salad, fruit, and cereal bar as well as a soup of the day. At each meal, there are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available that will meet most dietary needs. Please share any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the registration form. A snack will be provided every evening as well.
