Preliminary Program

Unless otherwise noted all events take place in Pioneer Hall.


 

Thursday, Aug. 6

9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Board Sessions  Board meetings and planning sessions in Pioneer Hall. They are open to other US Servas members to observe.
4:00 - 6:00 pm
Check-In Board members and others who are staying over Thursday night should check in and get their room assignments, etc. There are no conference meals or session, so attendes are free to do their "own thing".     
Friday, Aug. 7

1:00 - 6:00 pm
Check In Pick up name tag, meal tickets, conference materials, etc.
5:00 - 5:30 pm

Introductions, opening remarks, meet other attendees and volunteers
5:30 - 5:45 pm
Meet in Lobby Gather for drive to Padelford Riverboats pier. This optional event must be pre-purchased when you register ($51 Adults, $30 Children under 13). People with cars please offer rides to attendees who need a ride.
5:45 - 6:30
Drive to Padelford 30 minute drive (may be more at rush hour) to Pedelford Riverboats pier in St. Paul.
7:00 - 9:00
Dinner Cruise Two-hour Paddleboat dinner cruise on Mississippi. Optional bar & snacks available at additional cost.
9:30 - 10:00 pm
Return Drive back to Pioneer Hall
